After 4 years in the Air Force, Bill started working at American Motors. Once he got tired of getting laid off, Bill went to work for the State of Wisconsin, at Southern Wisconsin Center, formally know as the Southern Colony and Training school.
Bill went back to school to obtain a license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
During his employement with the State, Bill served as President of AFSCME Local 892 and AFSCME Council 24. He is currently President of the AFSCME Retiree Sub Chapter, Local 144.
When not working with the retirees, Bill enjoys fishing, playing cards and just being retired!
Bill passed away on March 17, 2021 at the age of 77 years.
