Bob Brooks

Robert (Bob) Brooks was born in Fox Lake, Wisconsin. Bob went to Madison Business College where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Sales and Marketing. He later continued his studies by obtaining his Licensed Practical Nurse Certification at Otero Junior College in La Junta, Colorado.

In 2002 he retired from Central Wisconsin Center for the Developmentally Disabled where had worked since 1975. After approximately nine months of retirement, Bob returned to Central Wisconsin Center to work in Central Supply as a Limited Term Employee and ended up staying for approximately eleven years. During his career at Central Wisconsin Center Bob worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse and in Central Supply. Prior to working at Central Wisconsin Center, he worked in sales and marketing.

Bob has been a member of various organizations in the Madison area. He was a charter member of the South Central Wisconsin Chapter (SCWC) of the National Association of Investors Corp. (NAIC) and Vice President of the SCWC Investors Fair. He is a former President of the East Bluff Condominium Association. Bob was a member of the Wisconsin Association of Practical Nurses and was a former President of the Madison chapter for this association. Currently, Bob is the President of the organization Sports for Active Seniors.

Bob currently lives in Madison with his wife, Mary and their dog. Bob and Mary have two grown children and two granddaughters. He enjoys biking, playing pickle-ball, walking his dog, camping, hunting, and spending time with his family.
