Before joining SWIB, Edwin was managing director, strategic tilting, at Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB). Prior to joining CPPIB in 2013, Edwin spent 13 years in asset allocation, currency, and risk management as a portfolio manager at William Blair & Company, managing member at Singer Partners LLC, and managing director and head of asset allocation at UBS Global Asset Management. Earlier in his career, Edwin was an economist at Lehman Brothers, Primark Decision Economics, and Putnam Investments. Edwin holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Cornell University and a PhD in economics from Northwestern University. |

A labor economist and expert on low-wage work and workforce development systems, she has both written about ways to build stronger labor market systems and worked extensively with labor, business, and community leaders in building them. Laura has written about low-wage jobs, care work, inequality and labor market reform. A co-editor of The Gloves-Off Economy: Workplace Standards at the Bottom of America’s Labor Market, she is currently working on the connections between quality care, quality jobs, and minimum wages. In 2017, Laura Dresser joined the University of Wisconsin-Madison Sandra Rosenbaum School of Social Work as a Clinical Assistant Professor. |

She previously served as the Executive Director of the Aging and Disability Resource Center of Central Wisconsin, which serves Marathon, Langlade, Lincoln and Wood counties. She has also served as Interim Executive Director for the Milwaukee County Department on Aging. Jonette led the Alliance for Strong Families and Communities’ efforts to inspire human service professionals to serve, work with, and value the contributions of older adults. |

He served as ETF deputy secretary since 2014. Prior to that, John worked for 11 years leading the Wisconsin Court System as the director of state courts. He also served as executive assistant to the chief justice of the Wisconsin Supreme Court. He has been in the WRS for more than 33 years and appreciates the importance sustainable benefit programs have on the economic and physical health of its members, employers, and communities across the state. A native of Menasha, Wisconsin, John has 33 years of public service experience. He received a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. He also possesses a Certificate of Achievement in Public Plan Policy from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. |

Ms. Molke is a member of the ADvancing States Aging and Disability Policy Committee; the chair of the Wisconsin Dementia Plan Steering Committee; the DHS lead for the Governor’s Task Force on Caregiving, an appointee of the National Advisory Council on Alzheimer’s Research, Care and Services and the chair of the long-term services and supports sub-committee; and she is a founding member of the Coalition to End Social Isolation and Loneliness in Wisconsin. |
